chineese restaurant waiter

i was watching the andy dick show tonight, and this japaneese guy is shown, and he looked soo familiar, and it came to me, he is the waiter on "The Chineese Restaurant"

"seinfeld, four!"

anybody else see this? is he a regular character?

There are only 4 Asian actors in Hollywood. He's #3. :-)

Seriously though, it does seem that you see the same few guys in just about any production which calls for a token Asian actor. The one in "The Chinese Restaurant" is James Hong, and you can see here that he's been in 120 movies and has made 124 guest appearances on TV shows:
