Movie: Trial & Error

I went to the movies this past weekend and saw a trailer for a new movie called Trial & Error, starring Michael Richards. It looks kinda funny, but it seems like it is just Kramer in a movie(even though he isnt exactly Kramer in the movie, the trailer has scenes where he is doing prat falls, and wheres clothes like Kramer). I don't know if this is good or bad. Anyone seen this or have any opinions on this?

It looks pretty funny, although Richards might want to watch out for typecasting; after eight years of Seinfeld, it'll be hard enough for him to find non-Kramer roles. That's not our problem though.

One question though. What's with all these lawyer comedies? I saw the "Trial and Error" trailer while at the theater to see "Liar Liar." Is this a new genre or something?

Yeah, Unstrung Heroes, it is pretty sad at times but Richards and the other uncle are hilarious. Everyone should rent this, because of M. Richards obviousally but also because of John Turturo and the dreamy Andie McDowell.

There was a movie on TV a while ago, I don't know if Andie Macdowell was in it or not but Julia Louis Dreyfus was in it. Michael Richards came with his wife on a trip to the UK and Julia was supposed to meet her newlywed husband there or something. Anyway, I don't know if this is the movie, it was fairly recent. Even if this isn't the movie in question, could some one tell me what it's called?

That was "London Suite," quite possibly the most rotten Neil Simon play/movie ever written.

It was very good, but it was a bittersweet drama, not a comedy (be warned).
