'Kramer' Series Will Debut in Fall '98

Jerry Seinfeld has agreed to co-produce a TV series spinoff featuring his weird friend, 'Kramer'. Source: ALMAR Productions of Hollywood, CA. More to follow.

Good idea. Jerry has enough connections (and enough money) to hire the best writers for the job. Also, Jerry might enjoy hanging out in California for a while.

YOu have it backwards............ The show has chamged, don't even deny that. But without it changing, it could go nowhere. I just simply like the pld episodes better, but I think the new episodes are just decent(this seaosn has picked upi ever since the horrible THE BLOOD episode. But the sho whas changed, anyone would admit that, wheter you like the episodes or not.

It's a matter of "giving the people what they want". If you're getting 'burnt out' on Seinfeld, give up the syndicated eps a few night a week. I don't have a clue what else is on at the time, but I'm sure there's something. Reduce your exposure to a few half-hours a week, it may work wonders.

Uhhh...Dont think so.Jerry sold his house in California and is moving back to NYC as soon as the current season ends. THe show is shot in Hollywood;always has been.Source:TIME Interview last week.The rights to all the characters on the show are owned by the production company.

There will be no Krammer spinoff. Michael Richards has said that he isn't interested in being in another series

Its just too bad that Michael Richards won't do Kramer. He even said that he doesn't want to do the character, "Kramer", after Seinfeld.

I can confirm that MICHAEL RICHARDS WILL NOT DO A KRAMER SPINOFF! The cast vowed that when the show ended that their characters would end with the shows. Michael Richards even said a long long time ago that Kramer doesn't belong without Jerry, George, and Elaine. So don't look for any spinoffs. Plus if this bulls--- was really true, don't you think they'd say it in the newspaper or on the 10 o'clock news?......exactly.

Poor baby!!! I guess its really rough playing Reverend Jim of the 90s at $600k per episode. these are very rough times!!!
