Jerry's had several hot babes so it's tough to choose, but I would have to say it was the one played by Melanie Smith that he made out with while watching Schindler's List. I think she is also one of the few to be on more than one episode. I think she was on about three or four, like the one at the cabin where she accidentally saw George's shrinkage.
