Fans help identify "The Hot Tub" as the episode where Kramer installs a pool and makes a quip about Sweden.

I need help. In what episode does Kramer install a pool in his apartment and then say this to Jerry: "So itï¿½s cold in the air but warm in the water...just like Sweden man... Sweden!!"
