When Seinfeld ends its 9th season on NBC on May 14, will that be the last episode to air on NBC or will they continue Re-runs for a while. Also, does FOX own the rights to air EVERY episode from seasons 1 through 8? And are they getting the rights to season 9 when NBC is done with them?

NBC will continue to rerun Seinfeld during the summer, but once fall starts.....
Fox may own the rights in your neck of the woods, it depends on where you live. I think they're getting the rights to season nine as soon as the fall tv season starts.
Fox doesn't own syndicated Seinfeld, Columbia Pictures do and syndicate them to whichever station wants them. Most likely it's on your local Fox affiliate.
NBC will show reruns in the normal timeslot over the summer, AFAIK.
