Fans identify the Venice Beach location where Kramer skates in The Keys and one viewer claims to have been present during filming.

In the episode where the four ask each other for their respective keys, Kramer gets upset and decides to get away by going to LA.

He is seen skating near a beach and I wonder if it is Venice Beach in LA. Does any one know?
