Think of the "Double Dipping" episode, and you'll get the idea. :) (i.e. Jerry was eating the dessert and asked her to have a taste, she didn't want his germs). That is why it's ironic that her father disregards washing hands in the bathroom before going to cook at a restaurant. :)

It's pachyderm (and yes, that is the correct spelling), as in a thick skinned, hoofed quadruped like the elephant or the rhinoceros. There's no such thing as a packie-dum, unless someone gives you that label.

And nobody knows the joke. That's the point. They never tell you the joke. There is no joke.
