What about him narrating the story of him driving a bus to try and save someone's pinky toe....NOW THAT WAS COMEDY...!!!

Besides, Kramer's funniest moment was when he went crazy at the sound of Lisa Hart's voice. Or in the "Junior Mint" episode, when he came bursting through the door, and Jerry through him the gloves and he caught them. A classic!
