The one where Elaines boyfriend is in the hospital and he loses alot of weight and Kramer and Jerry go to watch his operation.
I think it was something to the effect of: "Let's go watch them slice this fat bastard up!!" does anyone know the exact wording?
I believe Jerry has said in interviews that this line was ad-libbed, and is one of his favorites.
