SEASON PREMIERE SUCKED!!!

I just watched the season premiere last night on tape, and let me say it was a piece of junk. I was *very* disappointed. I hope it gets better.

Re: Season premiere: Did anyone else notice George's hair? It looked like either he combed some long hairs across the front or he's had a hair implant or transplant or whatever they do for bald spots. I thought it looked awful!

For the record - I liked Elaine going back to curly hair -- I thought she looked odd with straight hair.

Actually, we noticed that George had _less_ hair than in previous seasons. It looked more like he's started to _not_ comb it over the top. Have to agree that it didn't look all that great -- I think he should just buzzcut it and be done with it (that's what I did).

I didn't really think that the premiere was THAT bad, but it could have been better. I don't know. The whole show was a lot better back when it didn't have an ongoing plot like there is now. Seinfeld became what it is/was because it wasn't about anything, agreed?

I didn't like it either. Thought it was boring but in retrospect I think my expectations were to high.

Agreed! I went out and bought a new tape for the new season and the episode totally sucked. I've been watching it over andover trying to figure out what went wrong and it's just not funny. The only amusing thing is that they brought back Deloris (Mulva). This season better get better.

By the way, what did everyone think of "Suddenly Susan?"
