Fans discuss whether Elaine is genuinely laughing or acting during a scene in "The Airport" where she responds to Jerry's joke about a cheap hooker with a quip asking for ten bucks.
At the beginning of the Airport, Jerry is talking about the rental car, and he says that it smells like a cheap hooker. Then asks Elaine: "Or is that you?" Then Elaine says: "Give me ten bucks and find out"
After that Elaine begins to laugh, but I think there, she is not acting, really laughing!
I think there are a lot of scenes where they're really laughing and not acting. Jerry always seems to be laughing inside at everything he says.

I believe that line was improvised, which may have caused that particular grin.
