Last week we were watching a rerun of the episode with George in his gortex coat..the one where he and Kramer are in the liquor store buying a $12 bottle of wine and the store keeper doesn't have change for a $100 bill.
To get change they leave the store and spend $6 at a newspaper stand.
Is this how it is in New York ? In Australia it would be the otherr way around.
