The Non-fat Yogurt episode (several thoughts)

Watched the Not-fat Yogurt episode last night, noticed a few things I'd like to mention.

First (just to get it out of the way), I saw the Superman magnet on Jerry's fridge.

During a scene in Jerry's apt. George is eating a slice of pizza. As the camera switches between George and Elaine, the pizza slice has one bite missing, then two, then one. Reminded me of the black and white cookie incident.

Also, I noticed that as Kramer was attempting to seduce the lab tech (from the Brooklyn lab that was testing the yogurt for fat), he offered her some of his frozen yogurt ("It's cappucino!"), and it was still frozen. Howcome Jerry and Elaine's yogurt melted before they could get all the way to the lab?

Final anomoly: Elaine gave the 'nametag' idea to Lloyd (who gave it to Mayor Dinkins, which ultimately cost him the election) so everyone could be more friendly to each other. Well, Kramer and Jerry shared a big laugh when they heard about it. Kramer thought is was rediculous. A few years later, in the 'Kiss Hello' episode, Kramer organizes the wall or pictures in the lobby of his building so everyone could get to know each other by name. Why did he think it was such an awful idea when Elaine came up with it? Why did he think it would work, when it cost the Mayor the election?

Hmmmm.

Isn't the Lloyd Braun from the Fat-free Yogurt/Nametag episode a different Lloyd Braun that the one from the episode with the Lo-Mieny gum? The second Lloyd Braun had just gotten out of a mental institution and Kramer was trying to ensure that everyone was careful about not referring to him as crazy. If I remember correctly, he was institutionalized because he had a nervous breakdown after being fired from the Mayor's office. But, the point is, that there were two different actors playing the same character. Right? or not?

1) It's either a writing error, or 2) Since Jerry and Elaine brought the yogurt to the lab during the day, the sun would have been out and it would have been warm enough to melt the yogurt, unlike at night when it's much cooler outside and the yogurt doesn't melt as fast.

1) It's either a continuity error, or 2) People wearing name tags throughout the city is more ridiculous than the inhabitants of a single building keeping their pictures in the lobby, because people in the building see each other more often and would be more likely to interact with each other than people that they pass by on the street once and will probably never see again.

Kramer mentions that there is an identical yogurt store "downtown". If it's near the Wall Street area & they get on a #2 or #3 downtown subway train, they're in Brooklyn in a few minutes (assuming they don't have to wait half-a-lifetime for a nighttime train like the rest of us who live in reality-land). Jerry & Elaine however, bought their yogurt at the local store uptown & decided to drive to Brooklyn, a major mistake during the daytime.
