Mr. Bookman called him "Steinfeld"....The waitress in the Bubble Boy episode called him "Seinfield"...any others?

Was the waitress in that episode from Spain or something? Here in Spain they pronounce Jerry's last name, "cy-in-feeld". Kramer is pronunced, "krah-mer". Yankees' George Steinbrenner last name goes as, "Steen-boorger".
