who is Babu?

i was just wondering if we had ever seen this Babu character on the show previous to this week's? anyone know something i don't...not that i am any bloody expert....later

yes, in one earlier show, this babu dude opened a restaurant across the street (i think this is where it was) from jerry's apt. nobody would go in the restaurant though. finally jerry felt so sorry for him that he went to eat there. the guy treated him like he was god. then jerry gave him some advice. jerry said to make the restaurant 100% pakistani (food, atmosphere, the works) and people would come because it was the only pakistani restaurant in the area. well, he did, and business got even worse (if possible). he ended up going out of business and blamed it all on jerry. it was pretty funny along with the other 6 things going on in that show.
