Fans discuss Snapple references on the show, with mixed opinions on the beverage's taste and recall of a montage from the 100th episode special.

Wasn't there a nice montage of the gang offering snapple on the 100th show special. Gotta love snapple.
I love these references to one of the worst tasting, commercially hyped liquids since Fresca. If Jerry's not making fun of this nasty stuff, he ought to be. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------- A BIM BERI GLASSALA GLANDRID E GLASSALA TUFFM I ZIMBRA -------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------
I doubt it, I've seen himj drinking a Snapple in an episode. Can't remember which one. The episode not the Flavor :)
Besides haven't you tried "Melonberry Cocktail"??? I'm having one now.
I just read somewhere or other that when a product appears on a show, full label and so you can read the name, that the product's company paid to have it appear there. Something about it's cheaper to buy a time on a show rather than pay for a commercial, especially on really popular shows, like Jerry's. Which makes sense, because I've never seen a commercial for Snapple during the show (come to think of it).
Maybe Snapple stopped paying for the plug ...
Reminds me, isn't the AT&T commercial with "George's parents" hysterical?

Does anyone remember the dialogue between Jerry and Elaine regarding Snapple? It was an old episode, but I've heard that it was a classic moment...
I wonder how much Snapple paid to get their name mention on Seinfeld?

If there is a product placement fee arrangement, Snapple couldn't afford it. Seinfeld was the #2 show all last year behind Home Improvement with about 20 million viewers and with ideal demographics for advertisers. The rate would be pretty high. I may be nieve but I doubt Snapple was paying for it. They probably mentioned it since it was so hip last year.
Now that Snapple sold out and went bigtime corporate, I guess the production guys there figured it's not cool anymore.
Or the placement contract wasn't renewed. Anyone with the inside scoop, please indulge us.
what is jerrys fav snapple flavour?
Nah. It's *too fruity* :-)
