Heat up a frying pan. Put a thin slice of unsalted butter in it after the pan has had a few minutes to heat up. While the butter is melting, carefully peel the skin off of two medium sized plantains. Slice them delicately down the center lengthwise, so that you now have four halves. Add a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to the pan, for a little flavor. Place the plantains flat side down in the pan, sliding them around to get good coverage of the butter. Sprinkle a little nutmeg over each plantain. Let the plantains cook for about three minutes, then turn over. Add a little more nutmeg to suit your taste. After another three minutes have passed, remove the plantains and place them on wheat toast. Grab a glass of Kern's mango juice, and you're all set for a tasty treat!

BTW, I don't recommend anyone try this without the presence of a consenting adult. It's been known to bring on the "kavorkah"!
