I remember this guy and I think he was a stand-up comic years ago.
He was the jealous guy in the Cadillac episode that thought Mortie was stealing from the condo assn. He plotted to get him out of office. Also on the board was Bill Macy and another old character actor with a cigar.
Also he was the guy that gave Jerry the pen that could write upside down.
Anyone know him??
