Movie Reference in 5/8

The last scene with Newman as the "cleaner" is a combination of Pulp Fiction (the scene with Mr. Wolf) and the movie Point of No Return with Bridget Fonda. I know how much we all like the movie references and this was a good one.

I was ROTFL watching the references to "Wolf" in the 5/8 episode and "Vertigo" in the other day's rerun.

I get the Pulp Fiction reference, but how does it figure into the Point of No Return?

In the movie Point of No Return, towards the end, when Bridget Fonda and an African-American female operative screw up their assignment, a "cleaner" is called and sent in to get rid of the mess (bodies) and finish the deal. He ends up killing the A.A. female, and Bridget has to finish the assignment by impersonating the woman they killed, and then after it's all over, the cleaner tries to "clean" Bridget too.

No, the Pulp Fiction scene was a homage to La Femme Nikita/Point of No Return, and the Seinfeld scene was a homage to Pulp Fiction. I thought it was hilarious STEVE SILVER BIG DADDY COOL

Rene Soffer I believe, she has done some TV movies and General Hospital

I don't know the actresses name, but she recently played on General Hospital as Lois and was married to Ned Ashton, who was a Quartermane nephew.

That was Rena Sofer, who played Lois on General Hospital.
