Sorry, I don't have the WAV either, I just thought the origin of Jerry's comment needed mentioning. As for why he blurted it out after seeing Jane topless, well, that's one for the ages.

Nice work, Dave. I'm impressed! :-) I think he said it because the name ends with a "golly" sound-alike. So, it was Jerry's fancy way of saying "Golly!" You know, Mr. Bookman always said Jerry's type was "flashy". I guess he was right.
It's more than that, though. The sequence goes
Kramer: Yo Yo Ma! Jerry: Boutros Boutros Ghali!
There's the parallelism with Yo Yo Ma and Boutros Boutros Ghali both having doubled names, which of course fits with the two, er, attributes they are appreciating.
It also ties into Kramer's brain-damaged "Yo Yo Ma!" outburst in The Pitch/The Ticket. (I seem to recall he's used it in other episodes too but can't quite remember...)

Right, that was in The Pitch/The Ticket. But I think he said it in some 3rd episode too.

The Seinfeld webring is cool also but not all the seinefeld sites are there...
