In "The Implant" -- When George's girlfriend receives the phone call informing her that her aunt has died, George begins making some sarcastic gestures in the background, out of her view. In one of these gestures he crosses himself in recognition of the deceased aunt. A Jewish person would not likely do this.

You know, I recall in The Conversion, George had attempted to memorize the the cross gesture and was not able to do it correctly, in my perception. It's either that he was Jewish or that he was nervous
