One of my favorite Peterman lines (as with most, more for the way he says it rather than the content):

"I hope you're watching the clothes, Elaine, 'cause I can't keep my eyes off the passion"

Then realising she does,t like the movie, he fires her.

This is just one example of how brilliant this series was. There is so much crammed into every episode, that you miss things, and you can watch them again and again and pick up something else. I also had not really registered this great line.
