Yep, its true. NBC just raised the stakes to just a little over 2 million every thirty seconds for a commercial aired during Seinfeld's finale. NBC is confident that Seinfeld will break single episode records, possibly even M*A*S*H. They're also planning for a media blitz for the final episode, ads appearing on NBC of course, on magazines, on newspapers, practically everywhere. Competing stations (ABC, CBS, FOX) are expected to lay down on that one night (May 14).
