re. JA film (Helen Hunt comments)

The other day someone posted something about Helen Hunt having been
around for awhile. I agree that she should have gained this recognition
a long time ago. She's been a regular in four series before Mad About
You:
    1.  AMY PRENTISS (Dec. 1974 - July 1975)
         -played the daughter of a female police chief.
    2.  Swiss Family Robinson (Sept. 1975 - Apr. 1976)
         - played Helga
    3.  The Fitzpatricks (Sept. 1977 - Jan. 1978)
         - played the "girl next door" who was the object of desire for
           two brothers
    4.  It Takes Two (Oct. 1982 - Sept. 1983)
         - played the shy daughter of a doctor and an assistant DA.
            (personally I loved this show, mostly because of Helen.
             Patty Duke, Richard Crenna and Anthony Edwards all
             starred in it as well)

And who forget Project X?

Don't forget HH's re-occuring role as one of Murray Slaughter's daughters towards the end of the run of "The Mary Tyler Moore Show."

But my absolute favorite HH appearance was as an alien on "The Bionic Woman." She played the youngest member (a princess, in fact, if I recall correctly) of a family of very human looking star travelers.

Gee, we're getting further and further away from Seinfeld with every post...

Alright, I can't stand to sit by and watch any longer -- I first developed a Helen Hunt thing after "The Quarterback Princess." She, of course, played the girl who wanted to play football, and eventually won over the players, coaches, and the whole town. AND, was the Homecoming Queen. All at the apparent age of 15 or so...
