Fans clarify that the health inspector in "The Pie" was not Mr. Bookman, identifying the actors as Philip Baker Hall and Paul Mantee respectively.
In last night's syndicated episode, the Health Inspector that visited "Poppie's" looked and sounded like Mr. Bookman. Was it?

No, it wasn't Bookman and, personally, I don't think that he REMOTELY looked or sounded like Bookman :-)
