Well how else is it possible for the K-Man to fly into Jerry's apt if the door wasn't open part of the time? Actually, Kramer has smashed into Jerry's door at least once, which was quite funny, and then he yelled at Jerry for locking it. I think it was one of the Crazy Joe Divola episodes and that was Jerry's reason. Yada yada yada.
