HELP!

Sometimes when i am watching, i know that a certain scene is supposed to resemble another film but i cant recognize it. this happened when i was recently watching "the little kicks" and george was seeing the woman from elaine's office. theres a scene where he is standing in front of his father's car with her and elaine shows up to yell at them and force her employee to leave george's company. is this supposed to be reminiscent of another movie? thanks a LOT if anyone knows.

also, in the puerto rican day parade, there is a part where elaine is trying to cross the street (with other random people she met along the way) and they are stuck underneath the bleachers. is this supposed to be something?

finally, the scene when the seinfelds leave their development in florida after morty is impeached. i KNOW this was intended to look like another scene. once again, thanks to anyone who knows the answers to these questions.

I don't know about the 1st or last one, but the second one from "The Puerto Rican Day" is in parody of "The Poseidon Adventure" where several passengers of an over-turned luxury cruise ship are trying to escape.
