This show is in a creative rut. It may have played itself out. Maybe Larry David knew something. Jerry and his writers should get back to doing what made this show funny. Come up with every day situations and show them in a funny way like losing your car in a parking deck, waiting at a restaurant, etc. not the same stupid story lines. Let's see some improvement!!

You're wrong. The show was great. I think that Jerry Seinfeld did a great job. The show was tight.
As for "the same stupid story lines" I have never seen a show like this or a story like this. You want the same story lines? Try every other sitcom on tv (sans the Simpsons and maybe at times Fraiser)
I also think that Jerry continues to improve as an actor. The best part was when he told his dad "I'm not getting married, tell mom" Hangs up. And as he is walking away from the desk, the phone rings (his dad is calling back) and Jerry yanks the phone out of the wall. The whole sceen is done so quick and smoothly - I would guess it took several takes to get it that perfect.
