Fans confirm that the hot dog vendor in The Hamptons episode is FDR, the same actor who played the character with a death wish in a flashback episode.

I just saw the rerun of the episode with George getting caught lying to Susan's parents (anyone remember them from Twin Peaks?) about his house in the Hamptons.

There's a brief scene of George talking to a hot-dog vendor. It looked like FDR, or at least the same actor. The guy who had the death-wish on Kramer in the flashback episode.

Same guy or not?

That was FDR selling hot dogs, all right...he was even listed in the credits as FDR.
