Entertainment Weekly just came out with an issue ranking the 100 greatest TV moments. No. 1 is JFK's assisantion and funeral, 2 is the first time Mary Tyler Moore tossed her hat, and 3 is JR getting shot on Dallas. Seinfeld's lone moment is "The Pitch" ranked No. 16.
One of the sidebars was a rating of the most underrated and overrated moments. On the overrated moment is the Seinfeld finale.....what, exactly, is overrated about a show that got almost overwhelmly bad reviews?
