Incorrect. Warren Frost played Dr. Hayward, Donna's father. Grace Zabriskie played Laura Palmer's mother. They did have several scenes together in Twin Peaks, in rare moments of normality on that show. Warren Frost is definitely stranger on Seinfeld than on Twin Peaks, as hard as that is to believe. Grace Zabriskie is equally as weird as on Twin Peaks, so that may be inherent in all of her performances.
