George and an emergency

What ep was it when George said there are probably two emergencies happening in the world, and one happened to his date? It's old, so I can't really describe it in detail.

It was The Implant (On this Friday). George is sitting on a couch at his girlfriend's apt., after convincing her that she should sit on his left because he is left-handed and the phone rings. Her uncle in Detroit passed away and George is to go with her as 'The Boyfriend'. In the same episode, he tries to take advantage (along with Kramer) of the death discount the airline has, and has an altercation with Timmy, his girlfriend Monique's brother, over double-dipping a chip.

This was "The Implant" and is the same one where Jerry is trying to find out if Sidra's (Terry Hatcher) breasts are real.

There is a scene I never really understood. When first Kramer gets the legendary cubans, he lights one up on Jerry's stove. He then starts puffing on it and it looks like smoke is coming out of his hair. He screams and runs out of the room. Did his hair catch on fire on the stove? Am I mistaken about the smoke coming from his hair? If that's the case, why is he screaming? Is the cigar just really strong? Whatever it was that happened, the audience seemed to think it was pretty funny.

That's the episode where George is trying to be more intimate with his girlfriend Betsy. When her phone rings, George tells her to let the answering machine take it. She says that it might be an emergency, to which George replies, "There are probably four emergencies in the whole world right now!" It turns out Betsy's aunt died. When she's crying and talking on the phone, you see George in the background making these sarcastic hand gestures because his hook-up attempt was interrupted. Anyway, flies out to Detroit with her to go to the funeral ("instant boyfriend status"), and double-dips his chip, causing an uproar with a relative Timmy.
