I think Kramer talks about Kramerica Industries at least once during one of the very first episodes, but I don't know which episode that is. In Episode #156 (The Voice, from October 2, 1997) Kramer hires an intern who ends up dropping a ball filled with oil on Jerry's girlfriend.
