I just saw the episode with the nose job and noticed the weird look of the episode. It skipped in time and you saw different clips from different places if you see what I mean. It is different from any other episode I have watched. Do anyone know if someone else was involved in the making of these episode then the other episodes?

It's been a while since I saw that one so I am not sure exactly what you are referring to here but if it was different, my guess is it was because it was an early one and they were still getting the "tone" of the show worked out.
