What a hilarious episode it would be if the boyfriend returned furious at Elaine because he took her advice & changed his name to O.J.!!
Although, when they *tweaked* the OJ "low-speed" chase it was disasterous...awful. It'll never happen though, the reference is too obscure, most viewers wouldn't even remember the character or the incident.
