The Note George: I don't even like to use urinals, I've always been a stall man.
The Dog George: And isn't it more fun using the urinal?

Dog George wasn't speaking for himself though. He was trying to convince Jerry not to leave him and Elaine alone together because of the awkwardness between them at the time.
How about Jerry's ability to find beauty in a man?
The Jimmy Elaine: You can't find beauty in a man? Jerry: No. I find them repugnant and unappealing.
The Alternate Side Jerry (to Elaine, about Owen): I gotta tell ya, he's a pretty good-lookin' guy.

I got the impression George enjoyed a good urinal when he let Jerry into his "Play Now" bathroom for the first time. George was very proud of it. Jerry was impressed and requested to use it. George says "Please" or "I insist."

George may "enjoy a good urinal " in a private bathroom, but not in a public one. George's "stall man" remark only applies to public washrooms.

indeed, and Georges comments need to be read alongside his habit of pissing in the shower. "They are all pipes" he told us. He may have a preference for a type of pisser, depending where he is, but has shown he is quite willing to have a slash anywhere.
What you really should be zeroing in on is Jerry. He throws out a shoe lace as it touched a urinal and won't eat a pizza as poppy got a little sloppy (ie, didn't wash his hands) before making the pizza. Jerry however is quite happy to slash in a car parking building thereby potentially splashing himself with slash and without the facilities to wash after his slash.

I'm always amused at how Mr. Thomassoulo plays on George's weakness in this regard in _The Voice_:

Thomassoulo: Want to play hand ball huh? Fine. (calls on intercom) Attention Play Now employees: George Costanzas handicapped bathroom is now open on the sixteenth floor to all employees and their families.

George: Well played.
Thomassoulo: I'll see you in hell, Costanza.

George could not reach the urinal. He is short. And being fat he could not locate his apparatus well enough to pee in an arc.
I just finished watching, "THE VOICE" where Kramer and Darin toss George's giant rubber ball filled with oil out the window on Jerry's girlfriend with the talking Belly Button.
I noted that in the last scene, the boys are sitting in the Coffee shop and Jerry asks Kramer about Darin, and Kramer indicates that Darin is "going away for a long time."
It always raised the question in my mind of how Kramer avoided the law on that one let alone a giant lawsuit AGAINST HIM?

There seems to be some mystery as to why Darin should take the rap, but regarding a civil lawsuit, Kramer's simply not worth suing. Play Now would be the deep pockets target.
Darin would do anything for Kramerica this is my favorite line in seinfeld "YOU KNOW DARIN IF YOU HAD TOLD ME TWENTY YEARS AGO I WOULD BE SOLVING THE WORLDS ENERGY PORBLEMS I WOULD HAVE TOLD YOU YOU ARE CRAZY, NOW LETS THROW THIS BALL OF OIL OUT THE WINDOW"

I think of the couple who bought Kramer's picture who were at once entranced by his persona and disgusted.
Kramer is a true work of art. As a character and as Michael Richards played him.

Sorry to be coming back this, but there have been more mentions of George and his urination policies:
- On going to prison: Have to go to the bathroom in front of hundreds of people. - George singularly installed an open-door urination policy at a Jerry pee-party [The Finale].
Maybe it is time for a 'urine list'??
