In the episode with Bizarro Jerry, Elaine is hanging out at Bizarro Jerry's apartment. She goes to the frig and grabs some olives and Bizarro Jerry asks her what she is doing and she tells him. Then he says something which I can't make out. I thought it was, "you know, we are fasting". But rewinding and watching it again, I decided that couldn't be it. A little help here!? Thanks.

He said that cause they weren't at Jerry's, but at Kevin's. Usually when you just meet someone, they don't come over to your house and open the fridge, so that's what Kevin's referring to. Elaine was just used to doing it with the Real Jerry.

My interpretation: I think the purpose of the fridge incident was more to accentuate that Kevin is the opposite of Jerry and not simply a case of Kevin saying that because Elaine had just recently met him.
That is, Jerry lets Elaine, George, and (certainly) Kramer pillage the fridge for whatever without asking or a thank you, etc. I think they were trying to portray Kevin and his friends as *always* polite, courteous, etc. to one another even though they've known each other for a long time. Basically I think the line was supposed to imply that even the Bizzaro Jerry's *close* friends Bizarro Kramer and Bizzaro George ask before taking stuff from the fridge...

I totally agree. Just as the Bizarro Kramer always knocked and Kevin asked who it was even though he already knew. We all know that Kramer was the exact opposite of that; he never knocked and couldn't understand why Jerry would consider locking his apartment even if it was to keep him out from time to time.
It all began in the beginning and was accentuated with episode #104 "The Robbery".

While out of town Jerry's apartment gets robbed (Kramer left the door open); so he considers moving. However, the apartment that George shows him is also an apartment that he wants, so they try to decide who will get it. Whoever wins, Elaine wants their apartment. Meanwhile, Kramer searches for the stolen property.
