1) What's the name of the restraunt? 2) Did George get banned forver from the restraunt or just temporarily?

Tom's restaurant is the real name of the restaurant they show. In the show it is called Monk's.
Appearantly, George was temporarily banned since he has been there since.

i dont recaal an episode where he gets banned but there is an episode where he's dating a waitress that works at Monks and after they split up he doesnt want to go there. so he goes to another diner.
Has anyone ever noticed that in the pilot episode it's the same restaurant, but differnt name and different arrangement? REstaurant is called Pete's Luncheon
