interesting tidbit from the recently released People Magazine tribute to seinfeld- the actor who plays Babu- Brian George is British. I think he did a great job with the accent.

I'm Indian, and the name "Babu Bhatt" is an Indian name. Also, his accent is an Indian accent, albeit a derivative one.

Babu Batt IS british.. he has been in an episode of "The Nanny", where he played a butler, and spoke English...
