FYI: People Magazine has an article about Joel Rifkin. He has confessed to strangling 18 prostitutes. The article mentions that the defense is going to plead insanity and will state that unresolved anger against his birth mother (who gave him up for adoption) caused his violence. Can't wait to see this one on Court TV!
