I JUST NOTICED THE OTHER DAY WHEN I WAS WATCHING THE PILOT THAT IN PETE'S LUNCHEON JERRY AND GEORGE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE BUTTON ON GEORGE'S SHIRT AND IN THE FINAL EPISODE WHILE THE GANG IS SITTING IN JAIL, THEY BEGIN TO HAVE THE SAME CONVERSATION ABOUT THE BUTTON.

Yep, your right. They used that one before. In fact in the finale, George asks Jerry if they have has this conversation before.

A tv station I get on my cable just rebroadcast the pilot show last week. Not only is the button conversation repeated, but George introduces his "do the opposite" idea. Well not exactly. He chides Jerry for bringing in an extra bed for his female visitor who's staying with him. Jerry says ( ...working from memory... therefore paraphrased... )
Jerry: "I don't want to be presumptous" George: "with women you should always do the opposite of what your instinct tells you" Jerry: "Is that what you do ?" George: "I wish."
Hows that for freaky ?
