Elaine's Boobs

As I was looking at an old issue of People magazine recently, I noticed a photograph of Julia in a lowcut gown, showing plenty of cleavage. The thought occurred to meet that, even though I have only recently started watching Seinfeld, in the few dozen episodes I have seen, Elaine's boobs were featured in 3 of them (the episode where she doesn't realize that her blouse is unbuttoned and walks down the street displaying lots of cleavage, the episode where she accidently sends out Christmas cards containing her photograph with an exposed nipple, and the episode where she wears a lowcut dress to trap a TV producer that is mad at Jerry & George for lusting after his 15 year old daughter's cleavage). Is this an anomaly, or do the writers frequently use Elaine's boobs as a plot device?
