Fans help identify which episode features Elaine using the alias Nurse Paloma, with discussion about the circumstances involving Uncle Leo and her medical situation.

Does anyone know the episode or circumstance where Elaine is saying the name "Paloma"? I know we remember it happening but can't remember when and why??

The doctor doesn't seem to believe that her name is *really* Paloma.

That is from The Package (Season 8). Where Elaine claims to be Nurse Paloma.
