There is a spicy Chicken Dish called General Tsao's chicken. Some places call it General's chicken.

I believe it is also sold as "General George Chicken" and "General Tso Chicken". The latter is available at the Ho-Lee-Chow chain (I'm in Ontario, so I don't know if Ho-Lee-Chow is in Alberta. Ontario outlets probably don't deliver there). And yes, it's pretty tasty.

Ah, one of the deep fried pleasures of life. Gen. Chang's, aka General Tso's, General Chow's, General Yao's, and General Cho's chicken, is batter fried pieces of dark meat chicken with a hot but sweet sauce. Be sure to order it hotter than it is -- it usually runs too sweet. Comes with steamed broccoli as standard. You can find it (under various spellings) in the Chef's Specials column of your local take-out menu.
