Yeah they went out twice, but then she left because she thought (rightly) that Jerry was lying about the mutual fiancee breakup.

Sure, there have been a few. He dated Vanessa in a couple episodes ("Sagman, Bennet, Robbins, Oppenheim and Taft"), and Rachel in several episodes ("I'm *really* sorry...")
