What exactly is the relation between Jerry's cousin Jeffery and his Uncle Leo? Are they father and son? I always assumed so but I don't think it's ever actually said on the show what the relationship is.

There is no mention that Helen Seinfeld had any other siblings than Leo. So it's clear that Jeffrey is Leo's son.

i think they are father and son, but there is also jerry's aunt celia and uncle Mac. doesn't he have a few cousins as well though.
