For me it varies from poster to poster. Mike's posts usually show up 6 hours later on my server (he's in Toronto and I'm in Montreal) and that has been steady for a few months now. On the other hand Cynthia's (Raingluttn) usually come up much faster than that and she's on the west coast. Go figure.
