Posters lament that the newsgroup has become unproductive due to some members' complaints, which have discouraged quote exchanges and driven away quality contributors.
Thanks to certain fuss budgets, we who enjoyed the quote exchanges have been made to feel less than welcome and there haven't been any good sequences in quite a while.
Of course the fuss budgets were supposed to make up for that with wry, erudite commentary and observations, but they seem to be nowhere to be found. Not in this NG, anyway.
Congratulations, fuss budgets, and you know who you are--you have successfully turned a.t.s. into a wasteland. Well done.
