In reference to the "Chinese Restaurant" episode...The subject of Jerry's epilogue, or closing stand up act during the credits in this episode is cannibalism. What this has to do with the focus of the epsiode itself I don't know, unless he was referring to how hungry you'd have to be to, in fact, cannabalize, and elaine was pretty hungry. But then I remembered the opening shot was of the restaurant itself, the name of which is "Hunan Beef" which at first glance might appear "human", yes? What d'you think? Am I reaching?

THere was this article titled "Hunan Beef" sometime ago saying that the name of the Chinese Restaruant called "Hunan Beef" looks like "Human Beef". Well, I think the word "Hunan" means "South" (nan) of a "lake" (Hu). And Hunan is a (province?) in China.

Obviously it refers to the Hunan region of China, DUH, like the Chinese word for Human sounds anything like Hunan in Chinese.
